Custom tools that make your work easier —
without another subscription to manage.

Most people use AI to do small tasks. The bigger unlock is using it to build — a custom tool shaped to how you already work, that you own outright. Try one below.

Case study

A thousand rows and a hundred browser tabs became one clean screen.

My wife does medical sales from home. Over about two years she'd built a system that worked — technically. A spreadsheet with over a thousand rows and close to fifty columns, plus a Chrome window with a hundred-plus tabs open, because that's how she tracked everything the spreadsheet couldn't. None of it happened because she did anything wrong. That's just what a system becomes when it grows one patch at a time.

We started by trying to get AI to do her work. And we kept hitting walls — proprietary info she couldn't feed an AI, token limits, hallucinations gumming things up. Then I asked what she actually needed to be able to do. That's when it clicked: we didn't need AI to do the work. We needed it to build the tool.

So we did. A dashboard that shows where every client sits in the ordering process, flags issues before they blow up, and reminds her when it's time to follow up on a reorder. The thousand cells and hundred tabs became one screen with exactly what she needs and nothing she doesn't.

Result: a two-year mess replaced by a single dashboard she runs her week from.

Different businesses, different messes, same move every time.

Time + invoicing tool

The tool I use every day

Tracking hours in one place and billing from another used to eat a couple hours a week. Now a timer logs the work against my rate, and one click turns the month into an invoice with a payment link. Try it live and run the timer yourself.

Income + tax dashboard

Where the money goes

Figuring out how much to set aside for taxes, savings, and reinvestment meant redoing the math every time money came in. Now the dashboard does that math the moment a payment lands, so I know exactly what to move where. Take a look.

Online menu + tap-to-call

A menu they own, not an app they rent

Their menu lived in a PDF that was a hassle to change. Now the owner updates it from a custom interface, and diners browse and tap to call in a pickup order — no third-party app sitting between them and the sale. See a live example.

Community resource directory

A resource list people could actually use

Hundreds of local services were buried in a spreadsheet nobody could navigate. Now anyone can search by need and tap to call or get directions, while staff add and edit listings from a simple admin side. See it live.

Real estate CRM

Two agents, one shared view

A realtor team was tracking deals in different places — some things happened twice, others slipped through the cracks. Now they work from one shared pipeline, with a stripped-down mobile version to check client notes before meetings. Take a look.

Interactive menu + lead capture

A menu that works while it sits there

His website had a static PDF menu — hard to update, and overwhelming for clients. Now they work in a menu builder that keeps them engaged and sends their picks straight to him, so he's ready before they even meet. See a live example.

What working together looks like

Simple. And you end up owning the thing.

STEP 01

We find the thing eating your time

A short conversation about the weekly task that eats your time. Usually it's a spreadsheet, a stack of tabs, or a process living in three places at once.

STEP 02

I build the tool around it

I use AI to build a custom tool shaped to how you already work, out of the data you already have. No migrating everything into someone else's platform.

STEP 03

It's yours to keep

Built on tools you control, with no monthly subscription and no lock-in. You own it outright — and you're not depending on me to keep it running.

No pitch, just a straight answer

What's the thing you keep putting off?

Tell me about the task you wish would just do itself, and I'll tell you honestly whether it's buildable. If it's not a fit, I'll say so.
